Semi-evergreen, 7” flower, 5-way branching, 28 buds on a 30” scape, this is the most intensely colored eye and edge daylily in this fall collection. The self color is a bright gold with an eye and edge of saturated scarlet red. Most unusual is the large triangular green throat which extends well out into the blazing eye. Well shaped flowers have plastic like substance. The thick 30” scapes place the flowers well above the foliage. The visual impact of this flower can be seen from across the garden. Fertile both ways
